Refund policy

Returns accepted for 14 days from the day the products were delivered. The item ordered will be inspected to confirm that it has not been used and has been returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. 

• International returns will be paid by customer
• 20 aed fee for UAE returns that will be paid by the customer
• Any related shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded
• Products with any signs of have been used / scratched / put into the dishwasher wont be eligible for a refund
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method and in the following 10 days after the products have been reviewed and accepted as eligible by Nordico
  
• For international shipments, VAT to be paid by customer when goods are delivered (DDP terms)
